Eat Me Bakery
My name is Kelsey Endres, and I started Eat Me Bakery in 2019. I grew up baking cookies with my mom, and expanded my skills by learning recipes on various food blogs over the last 15 years. The obsession intensified when I started making all the birthday cakes for my coworkers about a decade ago, until I finally started my own in home bakery a couple of years ago. I mostly sell at farmer's markets, but also do special orders for celebrations like birthdays or anniversaries.
I'm mostly known for my Swedish cardamom buns, mini bundt cakes, and cookies, but I also make tarts, loaf cakes, layer cakes, and recently learned how to make unicorn cakes!
I love to infuse herbs into my baked goods (i.e. basil lemon mini bundts), and enjoy combining different flavors for a twist on a classic (i.e. rosemary chocolate chip cookies). I have Scandinavian and German roots, and love to learn recipes from my culture (i.e. peppernut cookies and havreflarn cookies). My greatest joy is feeding people, so feel free to reach out if you're looking for something special!
