Planting People Growing Justice Press and Bookstore was founded in 2017 with the goal in mind of increasing diversity in books and promoting leadership development. We are a Black woman-owned social enterprise.
Our first book publication was our award-winning children's book, Justice Makes a Difference: The Story of Miss Freedom Fighter, Esquire. We have since published several other titles and expanded our bookstore inventory. We host school book fairs, pop up shops, and virtual book readings.
