
Fit Club For Women
Fit Club for Women begins by meeting with you to evaluate your current fitness levels, helping you define measurable goals and working alongside you to get you there. Our integrated program includes appointment based small group training under the supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer. We direct you towards a clean eating lifestyle. Together we track changes in your body composition, weight, muscle mass, and body fat percentage and monitor gains in strength and endurance. We believe that the key to our members' success is through the sense of community and connections that are fostered within our studio. We meet you where you are at in your health and fitness journey.
We also offer sessions in our Jacuzzi Clearlight Infrared Sauna.
