Lara is an artist and potter based out of Minneapolis, MN. Though not an artist by training, she has always loved exploring new projects and creating art. After graduating from college and entering the workplace, she realized that she needed to take on a new hobby as a way to release stress and meet other creatives. Taking pottery classes had always been a dream for her so she decided to sign up for classes through the Minneapolis Parks & Rec Department. Since taking these classes she joined a community ceramics studio and launched Poppyseed Pottery.
