Up North Longhorn Smokers
Hello, we are Chris and Sandra Elrod with Up North Longhorn Smokers. My husband and I are teachers by trade but love smoking foods and spices in our smokehouses. We started selling our smoked salts in January of 2020. We sell online and in several stores around Minnesota (and Texas and Arkansas). We started this business to eventually create an occupation for our almost adult son, Austin, who has autism. Our ultimate goal is to not only employ our son but others with similar skill sets to take advantage of all of their wonderful abilities!
