Vitality Roasting is a small-batch, craft roastery located off University Ave in Saint Paul, MN. We are female-operated, and proud to be apart of the “She’s The Roaster” movement. Our goal is to bring passion and love into the coffee industry with a focus on community. We view coffee as more than just a drink, but a ritual that fuels our day. We value sharing our story, hearing others, and finding a way to combine missions together, centered in coffee and female-empowerment! We provide both retail and wholesale services.
